SIZZLER MAY 2018. BODYPUMP® 65 - LIKE THE SUN. © 2013 Les Mills International (Educational Usage Only) The pop divas of BODYPUMP® may seem a little flirty, but don’t be fooled – this release packs a punch with a solid workout that targets small muscle groups, while bombarding the bigger ones with short sharp shocks of intensity. A feature is the use of big weights and compound exercises at the front end of tracks to lift intensity. The warm-up helps you Climb into your work by preparing you for what’s to come, setting up the 1/3 rhythm that comes back to haunt in the very next track – Squats. Another of those big muscle groups – the chest – gets the treatment in Track 3, really stressing the Singles and Bottom Half Presses. Then we get the fire started with Pyromania, attacking the back with a double shot of power and strength – two Clean & Presses/two Deadrows. Track 5 is the highlight of the release, Your First Kiss was never like this, but the song’s playfulness can’t disguise the punch you feel as an opening series of Dips softens up the triceps for a circuit of Pushups and Kickbacks, then closing Overhead Presses. It’s all on, now! The smaller muscles are getting bullied and it’s the biceps’ turn to suffer, courtesy of a new and nasty combo – Mid-Range Pulse, followed by Single Curls. Youch! Then, you unleash the perfect Storm on your legs, surprising them with heavy–loaded Squats so they’re burning by the time the lunges hit home. Go to new depths on the lunges with the bench option. BODYPUMP® 75 highlighted the “pec dec” shoulder track and you learn another new move this time – a Reverse Fly that tests the rear deltoids, trapezius, the rhombus and smaller shoulder muscles. Finally, you will need every ounce of strength left for a Hover with Pointer that rocks you to the core. Next morning, this workout will hurt so good! PRESENTED BY : Glen Ostergaard,Glen Ostergaard, Dave Kyle - Kylie Gates - Libby Day - Marcus Benson - Petter Ehrnvall. Transform yourself with BODYPUMP® 66. This release delivers a challenging workout with some tough sequences and functional innovations. Body-weight exercises are a focus and they bring intensity by increasing the recruitment of stabilizers and the power muscle groups. Presented:Glen Ostergaard, Diana Archer Mills, Marcus Benson-Day, Mathilda Björck, Denice Burr, Ana Domingos, Christophe Guarnaccia, Dave Kyle,René Vogel. 45-MIN FORMAT BONUS BP45 06BT.Crawl Outta Love - Illenium feat. Annika Wells. Two releases ago, the BODYPUMP® team unleashed a Shoulders Track that had everyone in awe. This time, they take the Back Track to that same level. BODYPUMP® 77 sets out to put tension on the working muscles to make them stronger and more toned and, after the Warmup, delivers on that promise with a Squat Track that stresses Bottom Halves, 1/3s and Super Slows to build pressure. Your chest gets the same treatment, mixing pressure-building slow reps with Singles and Halves for power, before this release’s pièce de résistance. Keep the Chest weight and get ready to pump out three Power Presses – four sets back-to-back, three times. The biggest Back Track in the history of BODYPUMP®? Believe it! It’s a huge anaerobic power move; just don’t forget to engage your core and legs to drive the weight overhead each time. The Triceps Track features a fun Press Pull-over Combination – oh yeah, you’ll like it – while the slower tempo of Diamond Eyes will encourage your biceps to say “goodbye to weakness”, again pounding out plenty of Single and Half Curls. Track 7 uses Backward-Stepping Lunges to pre-fatigue the legs, finally finishing them off with heavy Squats; then ou get to throw the kitchen sink at your shoulders to the anthemic Ti Sento. The new Side Oblique Crunch builds intensity through the abs and core, and the hard work ends with an “Around The World” version of the Plank. If you’re wondering what we can possibly do next to make this program more challenging, you won’t have to wait long to find out.. . BODYPUMP® 73 - ALWAYS BE THERE! SIZZLER MAY 2017. Working both ways gives the shoulders a complete workout, mixing the direction of eccentric and concentric phases of training. And it’s tough — great for really isolating and chiseling the shoulders into shape. SIZZLER AUGUST 2014. SIZZLER. © 2017 Les Mills International (Educational Usage Only) Welcome to BODYPUMP 100! What an epic landmark, and have we got an epic release to accompany it! As for big-music songs, we get started with This Is What You Came For, the Squats track drops in with Kraken, a huge epic feel with Creation in a powerful, uplifting Back track – the pinnacle song, Pop double for the Tri/Bi combo, huge NRG with the Shoulders track and the icon of BODYPUMP music seals the deal in the Cooldown. What more could you ask for? How about 4 bonus tracks?! And that's not all - let’s get into the workout… Pulses in the Squats track amp up intensity, creating tension overload; a close grip in the Chest track provides a new training stimulus; Wide Triple Rows target the upper back – a welcome return; also, the Press/Pull-over is back. There’s great contrast between fast and slow tension moves in the Biceps track. The slow Clean is refreshing and unexpected in the Shoulders track – spend some time getting the timing correct here, gang. I know you're going to love this! Mr Glen. BODYPUMP 97! What an epic release! This class is on the charts with electric feel, and we filmed in Sweden to add even more intense magic for your viewing and learning pleasure. My musical highlights – check out the Squats, Back, Triceps and Lunges tracks for some killer sounds. In terms of Track Focus and feel – my BIG focus (and hopefully yours) is to bring the music to life and have a great balance of high-level coaching as well as musicality andS feel! How can you do this? Simple. Stick to the basics – timing and range. Get that locked down and you’ll be OK. A few tips. The training effect is behind the music, with lots of tension, lots of pulses – including the highlights of the new pulse rhythm in Track 7 – as well as the 8 Clean & Presses (yes, you read that correctly!) in the Back track. Don’t forget to option 4 Cleans and 4 Rows in that track, so everyone is successful. Oh, and one last tip. The Triceps track is the toughest one ever! Ha! And hey, let’s work on creating Performance in BODYPUMP: step inside the music – step inside your Ultimate You – push play and go! Enjoy! But simple does not mean boring! This release is packed with innovations! You’ve got the Uneven/Plate Pushup in Track 3, the Jump Squat in Track 7, the Overhead Push Press in Track 8, and the Oblique Bicycle Crunch and the Mountain Climber in Track 9! Phew… try to keep up! Overall, the intensity in the class builds – Lunges and Shoulders are the peaks of the workout. Feel the accumulation of work throughout the class. So come on guys – let’s get inclusive! The key focus of BodyPump 70 is perfect timing. This means your body spends more time under tension and this will get you shape fast! The music in this release really ‘goes off’ - and keep an ear out for beats you’ve never heard before in BodyPump. Game on in the Squat Track! Challenge yourself with more resistance. Don’t be fooled by the slow start and the Pop-Rock nature of the track - the back half bites hard with four sets of Singles and Bottom Halves back-to-back to finish! Go a little bit heavier in the Chest Track - Infinity 2008 is awesome and builds anticipation before you pump it! The new tempo means your muscles will be under tension for the maximum amount of time. True Believer will inspire you to give it all you’ve got in the Back Track, before Christine Aguilera’s Keeps Getting’ Better drives you through the Triceps Track. You don’t need but get ready to feel the burn in the Pushups and Kickbacks! Rock through the Biceps Track with Nickelback’s Gotta Be Somebody where Singles are the name of the game. Take a deep breath before the Lunge Track. Sash! is back for this endurance track that is VERY intense and includes Lunges and Squats with heavy weight. Ouch! Another classic Rock track is in the house with Thunderstruck motivating you through the Shoulder Track. There’s a new move in the Abdominal's Track - The Rotator Plank. BODYPUMP® 69 is a strong, intense release that you’re going to learn fast and have fun with! The music is pumping with awesome tracks from Fall OutBoy, Pink and Rihanna, motivating you to really challenge yourself – and your class. The squats track is tough but, as the song suggests, it really gets the party started! There are three blocks of work and in each block the legs are pre-fatigued with bottom halves before the singles. The chest track is short, simple and hard. Fall Out Boy’s rocking track I Don’t Care provides the momentum needed to get through more killer bottom halves before you start the good, honest, back work in track 4. It’s a classic track with three sets of identical work. Pink’s huge hit So What ensures the biceps track is oozing attitude – this song is definitely the fun peak of this release! It’s another short, intense track but you’ll feel the burn in the bottom halves. There’s a new move in the lunges track – the three quarters squat. Coming up three quarters of the way in the squats means the load is kept on the leg muscles and boy, does it hurt! And there’s no relenting of the pain in the massive shoulders track which features two supersets. You do three exercises back-to-back to challenge the shoulders in a slightly different way. Don’t be fooled with the cool feel of Kid Rock’s All Summer Long in the abdominals track as there’s a strong core challenge ahead, before you catch your breath and cool down to the smooth sounds of Let Me Be Myself by 3 Doors Down. BODYPUMP® 74 - BOOM BOOM POW! Hi guys, and welcome to BODYPUMP 98. We’ve got some great music for this one – starting with the Warmup. I believe that a strong Track 1 sets the scene for the workout ahead. In the Squats track, there’s 3 stances – not anything different here, but just get in the zone and feel the music pumping through you. In the Chest track, we’re working from the base up. This makes for a harder workout with a mix of barbell work and Pushups to accompany this funky song. The Back track is tough with 8 Cleans. Use the option to teach 4x Clean & Press and 4x Deadrows if you need to! Then finish up with some Power Presses and you’ll be OK. The Triceps track has the best song in this release in my opinion! This one is a mix of Extensions and Presses on the bench and Tricep seated and overhead work. Enjoy! The Biceps track has the perfect song for BODYPUMP, where we have lots of isometric holds to pump up the jam. The Lunges track showcases a new combo of 4 Bottom Half Pulses then 2 Singles. It’s a goodie. There are short intense blocks of work – 3 efforts. The Shoulders track is probably the hardest ever – where we shape and tone with Side Raise/Mac Raise combos, condition the shoulders with barbell Overhead Presses and Pushups. Two big sets to really challenge your class. It’s gonna rock you! In the Core track there’s a new move using the bench, to increase our strength even more. Check it out! Mr Glen. To mark the occasion, we selected a team of shadows from Les Mills clubs around New Zealand who truly represent the program in their clubs. We would like to recognize them as the heroes of their clubs who deliver great experiences for their members every single day. BODYPUMP 106 is simply an epic release full of feel and emotion… especially as we celebrate 50 years of the Les Mills brand. This is the workout that will prep you towards your fitness goals. Still The One sets the scene beautifully with the old-feel Goosebumps Warmup track. The song of the release is I Am Here – driving and hugely emotive to drive the squats. Little Things Gone Wild never lets up with bench press, Chest flys and pushups to build massive tension – varying the exercises helps us maintain technique for longer. The modern millennial track Say Less speaks volumes and look out for the new innovation of the Single Arm Plate Row for isolation. You and your class participants will have heaps of fun with Triceps and hook into the positive lyrics of Times Are Changing with Biceps. Time to witness the fitness will be in the Lunge track…say no more! Plus Side Squats burn the legs into submission, especially the glutes and the inner and outer thighs. A driving electronic feel with a Drum ‘n’ Bass feel kicks the gears up in Shoulders with barbell and plate work. We round off the workout with a fun cheeky song with a new innovation of the Single-Arm Crunch Fly along with Hover and Plank challenges. Stargazing brings everyone home with a soulful finish. PS. BODYPUMP 108 has some new innovations and a great mix of old Pump classic moves and fresh new music. Panic Room creates a ‘chilled’ yet very inclusive atmosphere to get everybody warmed up and ready for the BODYPUMP 108 workout. Match your vocal tone and pace to the feel of this song to set the scene. Squats come in hard and fast with the driving sounds of Pump It Up, building continuous muscle tension through the 3 stances proving to be a class favorite. Chest training has a new move; the Narrow To Wide Plate Presses, to fully work pectoral muscles. This new move feels sensational with the deeply emotive sounds of Great Wide Open. The Back track, Therapy, starts with a giant block with the barbell and finishing with plate work to create balance in the body and lift heart rates! We continue our functional Lunge tracks with the Squat-Lunge Combination great for muscle activation and coordination using plates or body weight. Shoulder training has a new innovation: Rear Deltoid Fly with Rotation, which integrates the rear shoulders, upper back and shoulder stabilizers helping to keep us injury free to the cool sounds of Boomshakalak. BODYPUMP® 74 sizzler Get ready for what may be our fiercest release yet. Right from Track 2, the hammer goes down and the intensity does not back off. Watch out for exciting new tempos and some killer supersets. Quick transitions and the shortest recoveries in the history of BODYPUMP mean your muscles are working from start to finish. The massive energy and drive of This Is Who I Am sets the pace upfront. The new tempo challenges the legs, driving the heart rate up. We Weren’t Born To Follow and we prove it in Track 3 as the classic Rock sounds grounds the workout into the bench, bringing great muscle isolation to the chest. Track 6 delivers a Boom Boom Pow to the biceps. This was a massive hit for the Black Eyed Peas originally – this one breaks the mould and you’re gonna love it!. 01. Not Alone - Dane Rumble feat. BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! Finally, I've added a Hip Bridge in the core track just to make things more challenging. Don't worry you''ll thank me one day. In Track 6, Susan Renata straps on her spurs and holsters, and has some fun riding the range, while working the “guns” to Cowboy Casanova, the real showpiece of this release. But the levity doesn't last long. Track 8 gives the shoulders a hammering with the new Rotator Pec Dec move. BECAUSE WE NEED MORE HARDCORE! Then it's time for yet another innovation – wider feet set in the Hover position to stabilize and challenge the core as you walk the hands, one by one, to Press-Up width and back. The opening track – Fever serves as a preview of the carnage to come, as you find the perfect SET position over the punchy big beats. Game on! Track 2 engages the legs with heavy Squats and sets the tone for the rest of the workout, with a barrage on the upper body and a chest section that lays down a challenge – Press-Ups off an elevated platform. The first new element arrives in Track 4 – a wider lift grip for Rows that has you feeling the intensity build-up behind the shoulders – then go slightly heavier than usual to target the triceps, culminating with One-Arm Kickbacks for best isolation. ALTERNATIVE-6 I Bet My Life - Imagine Dragons. SIZZLER MAY 2010. © 2009 Les Mills International (Educational Usage Only.) BODYPUMP® 59 - PUMP UP THE JAM (GLEN'S FIRST RELEASE AND HEAD CHOREOGRAPHER) TRACK INFO - SONG # - TITLE - ARTISTS. BODYPUMP 99 – almost there, guys! The key themes in this round are: As usual, light weights and high reps to tone and shape the muscles and help us burn calories. Pushing some tracks to the point of fatigue means greater muscular recruitment, increasing hypertrophy – so we are working to tone, shape and strengthen super quickly. BODYPUMP creates high metabolic fatigue, which increases calorie burn and muscle growth. This release specifically features some old-school music to celebrate the past 25 years, eg in the Chest track, and also in the Shoulders track - aptly named Old Skool. But it’s a good mix of stomping House music and Modern Rock and Pop. We’ve got a great emotive feel in the Warmup, heavy and driving in the Squat Track. Then we get rocky and grounded in the Chest Track – no rest for 6 minutes – moving to uplifting in the 8x Clean & Press in Track 4, soulful in the Tricep Track, and on to a Pop-rocky Bicep Track. From there, we’re lifting into Lunges with 16x Pulse Squats to hammer the legs. The Shoulder Track has us kneeling on the floor for an Old Skool vibe and workout. Then it’s a cool sound for the Core track, and an oldie for our Cooldown. Mr Glen. Innovation is key in Track 7 with the new Forward and Back Stepping Lunge. This brings the same benefits as traditional lunges but also challenges the body functionally by engaging the core to provide great stability and coordination training. This type of training is big body movements which utilize many muscle groups. SIZZLER NOVEMBER 2015. BODYPUMP 102 is in the house! This one is going to shock and delight you with each track. The music is completely fresh – just listen to those sounds in Tracks 2, 3, and 6! Can you believe it? As usual, we use a light weight with high reps to create muscle tension and metabolic stress – a whole lot of plate movements that will isolate and INTEGRATE the body and its muscles. OOOh and the moves we’ve got to accompany the sounds… you’re in for a real doozy. Wide Squats for the whole track – your butt will thank you later. The Kickbacks in the Triceps track will definitely take you down, even though the music is so uplifting. AND A NEW MOVE IN THE BICEPS TRACK! Can you believe it? Single-Arm Bicep Curls. Yes, it works; yes, it’s amazing; and yes, you will feel like a total gangster doing it. And he told us he would be back – the Arnold Press in the Shoulders track is going to make you question your very existence up until this class. Hey, a quick question… can anyone count the pulses in the Lunges track? Let me know. Glen © 2017 Les Mills International (Educational Usage Only) Choreographed by: Glen Ostergaard Presented:Glen Ostergaard, Ben Main, Reagan Kang(Malaysia), Khiran Huston, Marcus Benson-Day(UK), Romain Prevedello(France) New variations in the moves and huge diversity in the music make for a standout class that members will not want to miss. Instructors, too, will love to teach this complete package of work and fun. Jackie Rawe's I Believe In Dreams is a happy, inspirational song to connect you to the workout and whet your appetite for what's to come - you just know from the get-go that this one's gonna be huge! Then we hit the legs with four working sets and the big singalong sound of Nick Skitz and Run To Paradise. Watch out for the sting in the tail with a swarm of bottom halves. Bob Sinclair's funky Rock This Party brings a change of tone for the chest work; then the innovations kick in with a deadlift-focused back track with three working phases and two "bar down" recoveries. The pullover move makes a welcome return in a great tricep track to the quirky sound of Gwen Stefani's Wind It Up and the mood changes again as we go "dark and gothic" with Evanescence in the biceps. A backward-stepping lunge off the bench is another effective innovation in BODYPUMP® 62, with a modified Arnold Press adding spice and intensity in the shoulder work. Then the new class winds up with a couple of mega-hits in the shape of Justin's My Love in the abdominals track (the new leg extension work with crunches is really intense) and Hinder's Lips Of An Angel in the cool-down. Great work, Glen and the team! This is BODYPUMP® at its best. © 2011 Les Mills International (Educational Usage Only) SIZZLER AUGUST 2016. © 2008 Les Mills International (Educational Usage Only.) Bodypump 59 August 2006: This class targets the workout with accuracy, strength and power. Our mission is to establish a solid foundation in good technique; then hit the muscles dead centre with resistance to build awesome shape and tone. Providing that safe, stable foundation in the core is the focus of an in depth education session accompanying the new release. Choreography also helps achieve the desired result - the new class has a slower feel to some of tracks to emphasise core stability and engaging the target muscles. Meanwhile, we have a great blend of familiar and new sounds to spice up the workout and keep members coming back for more. As always, the class warms up with a preview of the moves to come; this time with the cool sounds of I Surrender from Nicki French. It’s important here to focus on technique and the new, higher target zone for the wide dead row. Sweat and burn with Simply Irresistible from Robert Palmer – load up the weights for irresistible legs. Then lie back and pump the chest with a great 90s sound from Technotronic. Power and strength are in big demand for the new-look back track – keep the elbows high and wide for a good result in the rows. Then use the rhythm and beat of A to the B to nail the new combinations in the triceps. A thumping piece of music is just what we need for the biceps – and it’s what we get with Time to Move. Lunges, too, get helped along with the awesome Like the Sun from Trinity. Overhead presses are back in the house for the shoulder track and BODYPUMP® travels to Sweet Home Alabama for a final focus on the core. This is a challenging class but well worth the effort. This round we mark 20 years of BODYPUMP® with Release 80 – what a milestone! So to celebrate, we brought the program back to where it all began: Aotearoa, with an all-New Zealand presenting team and a whole lot of innovation to celebrate the past two decades and welcome in the next! This release is a great mix of high-intensity aerobic training to get you fit and burn calories; isolated strength training to tone and shape your muscles; and circuit training to push your body to the limit. Time to load up your bar and get working! You’ll enjoy short bursts of high-intensity training in Tracks 2, 4 and 7 which will lift your heart rate, increase your fitness and burn calories. You’ll be on The Edge Of Glory in no time. To complement the high-intensity work, there’s pure strength training tracks spread throughout the release to ensure you get a balanced workout. In Tracks 3, 6 and 9 we isolate a particular muscle group – chest (Track 3), biceps (Track 6) and core (Track 9) – to build pressure in the muscle, work it to fatigue and create change. We’ve got a BODYPUMP® first in Track 7: the Propulsion Lunge. It’s a hugely effective power training move where you leap into the air. You may not love these at the time, but you’ll love the results they help you achieve! Tracks 5 and 8 are circuit-style tracks where you let rip for short bursts of intensity before enjoying a quick recovery. This is where change happens when you push yourself to the limit. Track 8 also sees the debut the Rotator Overhead Press; it’s a total shoulder-conditioning move that will really get your Hands Up! and your shoulders toned. BODYPUMP® 80 is a great release – trust us on this one; you don’t make it through 20 years without learning a thing or two! CHOREOGRAPHED BY: : GLEN OSTERGAARD. Choreographed by: Glen Ostergaard. PRESENTED BY:Glen Ostergaard, Diana Archer Mills, Emma Vandenberg, Alex Vernt, Horishi Asawaka. SIZZLER. BODYPUMP® 65 is all about challenging strength endurance. Right from the word go Track 2, Just Like Paradise, is BIG. It has a driving beat that automatically hooks the class into BIG work mode. The hard work starts with a unique training effect in the Squats Track when the legs are hit by a reverse sequence of work.Don't expect any breaks in the Chest Track but do look forward to lots of Bottom Halves! The slower-tempo choreography keeps the muscles engaged and moving under load with no time to rest. And there are no breaks in the Biceps Track either, so the intensity is maintained from start to finish. The Forward & Backward-Stepping Lunge is back after making its debut in BODYPUMP® 64, targeting the legs, gluteus and hamstrings. The Seated Overhead Extension is also back in the Triceps Track, accompanied by funky tunes from Groove Armada, DJ Alligator and the Mac Raise both make a welcome return in the super intense Shoulders track, which is all about, strong, controlled work. There's loads of energizing music to help with the workout. Kanye West's Stronger provides the inspiration needed to endure the new Moving Hover and Side Plank in the Abdominals Track. Airbourne's too Much, Too Young, Too Fast is massive and Breakaway will fill the room with intense energy. BODYPUMP® 88 - PLAY HARD. Look forward to lots of exciting new tempos and combos in BODYPUMP® 68. There is more focus on pure strength in the chest track, emphasis onpower in the back track and overall, you’re going to get a huge cardio blast. Watch for lots of singles and bottom halves in combination with slow strength in the squats track. The six sets of singles will increase your heart rate, burn calories and help you get fit faster! The new tempo in the chest track is the slow bottom half — it’s all about control and it’s tough! Watch out for the four consecutive clean and presses in the back track. This is intense! This will lift up the heart rate and bring a huge power-training effect to this track. No bar is used in the triceps track — instead, the focus is on kickbacks, pushups and seated extensions and you’ll be able to sing along to the Veronicas’ Hook Me Up. Again, the bottom halves are the killers in the biceps track but give it your all because the song is short. Your legs are going to be hammered with the forward-stepping pulsing lunge and then you’re going to give whatever’s left to the new move – the front squat. Positioning the bar on the front of your shoulders, giving you a totally new sensation in your legs and helping you maintain a perfect back position when squatting. The plate crunch in the abdominal track adds resistance to your six-pack. Straight from the weight room, this is authentic resistance abs training at its best and will seal the deal in BODYPUMP® 68. BODYPUMP® 72 is all about making your class stronger, faster. How? By focusing on Bottom Halves and Partial Range movements, the rest phase is eliminated and the muscles are kept under tension for longer. Look forward to a challenging workout and an overall strength blast where active recovery is your only break! Brace your abs and prepare for more Bottom Halves than you bargained for in the Squats Track. Kelly Clarkson will motivate you to keep going with her huge hit I Do Not Hook Up. New Zealand’s own Dane Rumble sings Track 3 – Always Be There. Bottom Halves and Slow Bottom Halves will put your chest muscles under tension for a little bit longer than usual. Ouch! The good news is this will give you results faster. The Triceps Track is sweet like Sugar! Again, Bottom Halves are the name of the game. Challenge yourself and go a bit heavier than normal in the rocky and upbeat Biceps Track. The Bicep Row returns, attacking your guns from a different direction. It’s back to the legs in the intense Track 7. The Lunges stick with the theme of the release – you guessed it – lots of Bottom Halves that will push up your heart and burn calories. The Shoulders Track is a tribute to the legend that is Michael Jackson – make sure you watch the DVD for this one! The range of motion in the Singles has been shortened to ¾ Range. Grit your teeth and hang on! Ciara and Justin Timberlake will take you through the Abdominals Track with Love Sex Magic. The mix of deep, lower abdominals work and the Walking Hover will chisel your six-pack and at the same time strengthen your core. Choreographed by: Glen Ostergaard. SIZZLER FEBRUARY 2013. BODYPUMP 61 was special and the team goes one better with a new class that's strong on coaching, exercise innovations and contrast in the music. A single word defines the essence of every track in a DVD innovation that will assist teacher cueing. "Engage" is the keyword for a warm-up with a light, fluffy feel that puts a smile on the dial and has pumpers looking for work in the tracks to follow. It comes soon enough - in a legs/squat workout where we "commit" to the moves and make great use of the dramatic tempo changes in Walk On Water from Milk Inc. "Challenge" and "Power" define the chest and back tracks respectively. Pink's I'm Not Dead is a languid Smokey tune and Miracle from Cascada, a great rock song that will help you handle some extra weight in the lifts, rows and presses. Triceps are all about "shaping" to the sound of Justin's Sexyback - the song is slow and intense and kickbacks are the perfect move to match. Then it's time to "rock" with a big biceps blast from Audioslave and rip into some awesome lunges with a steady, funky tune from Beatfreakz. "Strong" defines both the music and the work. The new shoulder track is all about "energy" and the emphasis switches to "core" in a well-balanced Abdominals workout with Beyonce's Deja Vu. SIZZLER. SIZZLER. SIZZLER FEBRUARY 2011. SIZZLER. BODYPUMP® 67 is another strong and challenging release. This quarter the focus is on communicating the workout factor participants will get from each track. Instructors do this by coaching the specific weight selection, training objective and exercises used. Check out the new take on some old-school bicep training and a new Plank Crunch to challenge the core stabilizers. And watch for the chance to increase your weight selection in several of the tracks so you can get stronger, faster. The music is a classic BODYPUMP® mix that features Heavy Rock from Finger Eleven in the Chest Track, with E–Type's Eurofighter next up. P!nk is in the house with one of her biggest hits for the Triceps Track, followed by a wild and cheeky Bon Jovi number for the biceps work. So, cruise into the workout in the Warmup and get the feel of the steel with a mix of Deadrows, Wide Rows and Deadrows With Underhand Grip. Then challenge your legs using a high number of Bottom Half Squats while keeping perfect form. The strong beats of Jan Wayne’s Piece Of My Heart will lift the commitment level of the workout. Enjoy the 'X–factor' in a wicked Shoulder Track and the Plank Crunch that rounds out the workout in the Abdominals Track. SIZZLER MAY 2016. CHOREOGRAPHED BY: : GLEN OSTERGAARD. BODYPUMP 107 is quite spectacular with loads of contrasting music and some new innovations for all your participants. We bring a posterior chain focus to this release along with more muscular tension to tone and shape us fast! The class opens with Lullaby for a smooth connecting start with barbell and plate work. 6 minutes of big muscular tension and calorie burn blows out the legs and glutes for Squats. Control is the key work for the Dangerous Night Chest work using barbell, plates and bodyweight pushups – how much tension can you create and hold on to? The highlight Backtrack Boom sees a progression from BODYPUMP 106 kneeling single plate work to standing single plate work to challenge the obliques even more. No Excuses is the perfect song to isolate the triceps to with pushups, kickbacks and overhead extensions. No rest, full noise is the Biceps Church track… praying for the bicep rows. We have the ultimate combination of Squats and Lunges with or without the pulses (offer to participants) to the very cool sounds of Going Mad. Want Your Soul brings us to the 3D shoulder training using barbell, plates and bodyweight to max out the workout. Lastly, check out the combo tracks for the 45minute classes; PLUS we have included a “trial training” track that can replace the Lunge/ Shoulder combo track if teaching the 45minute format. It has a BIG posterior chain focus so feel the burn and some jumps to bring the cardio and strength gains. Let us know what you think! TRACK INFO - SONG # - TITLE - ARTISTS. Even if they put the bar down, even if they are only using the bar, even if they haven’t got the hang of the tempos yet! It’s your job to help them get through. BODYPUMP® 71 is all about teaching from the heart, not from the head. The exercises are easy to coach, giving you the freedom to focus on connecting your participants to the magic of the workout and the music. The release focuses on two kinds of training — strength work in tracks 3, 5, 6 and 8, and cardio dynamite in tracks 2, 4 and 7. Warm-up to the captivating, warm voice of James Sampson, a singer and BODYPUMP™ instructor living in Denmark. Magnetized is his original song. The Squat Track is a killer! Sing along to the Summer of 69 cover but be prepared for huge blocks of Singles and Bottom Halves. Most of the work is done in a wide stance, which allows you to go lower. Oh yeah! Pace yourself in the Chest Track. In Right Round, Flo Rida and Kesha will inspire you to go all the way down in four identical sets of work without recovery. A set of Push-ups at the end will finish you off. Push yourself in the hugely energetic and athletic Back Track! Four Clean and Presses in a row are followed by Triple Rows. Eskimo Joe will take you through the Triceps Track with Black Fingernails, Red Wine. Be prepared for a Bottom Halves challenge! The Biceps Track is straight-forward, allowing you to just relax and really feel the music. Then find out how low you can go in the Lunge Track, where cardio meets butt. Unleash your strength in the Shoulders Track. Go harder and heavier as we attack the shoulders from three different directions – back, side and front. Bonus 02. Feel Your Love (DBSTF Remix) – Dannic & Sick Individuals Bonus 04. Turn Up – The Heavy Bonus 07. Bailar – Deorro feat. Elvis Crespo Bonus 08. Tic Tic Tic – Dada Life feat. Lizzy Hale. Invincible is the opening track for our 60th release and a fitting statement about the durability of the world's favorite exercise program. BODYPUMP® continues to prove its immunity from fitness fads and fashions. The new release has all the programs trademark strength and power and more of the innovations that continue to surprise and delight participants in more than 60 countries. Musically, the new class is all you'd expect from a hard-out celebration of 15 years of "pumping". After our heart-starting warm-up, the party rocks into gear with an amazing squat track to the bring-back sound of What's Up from Aussie band Zander. The sing-along set go crazy here, as everyone locks and loads for an awesome workout to come. Bon Jovi's Have a Nice Day takes us into hard-rock territory for the chest track and E-Type helps drive the barbells skywards with the hugely uplifting Africa in the back track clean and presses. A wicked set of dips nail the triceps to the latest hot sound from Pink, while the steady, pulsating Flaunt it from TV Rock is perfect for smashing the front of the arms (slot in the incredible Cherry Pie here if you like our biceps bonus option.) The focus shifts back to the legs for some new-look lunges with Angel from b*p*m; then to the shoulders and the familiar, energizing sound of One Night in Bangkok. Next cue Shakira and the innovative side plank in the Abdominals. Amici's So Far Away is a beautiful Cooldown song about New Zealand and a proud reminder of the origins of BODYPUMP in a little country at the bottom of the world. Check out the mid range partial curls in the biceps. These work the muscles at the maximum loading point to create a massive burn. BODYPUMP 101 is a ‘back to basics’ release – simple strong moves with driving music that will tone and shape all the muscles of the body while burning calories! A generation jump in music sees us pumping to huge acts on the EDM scene – balanced with cool Modern Rock and Pop for contrast. The Pulses are back in Squats, Chest, Triceps, Biceps and Lunges tracks to amp up the muscular tension and push key metabolic drivers – giving us that lean, muscular look. You know you want it! Short rests in the Chest and Back tracks drive up the intensity levels. It felt like my first Back track ever… just wait! Backward-Stepping Lunges are a key innovation – giving us functional strength benefits and making us feel amazing. Standing Side Rotator Raise With 2x Pec Dec in the Shoulders track delivers shoulder strength and stability, colliding dramatically with the drop in the music! I hope you enjoy it! Glen. BODYPUMP 109 is where full functional training that is activating and integrating the core with full body exercises collides with THE REP EFFECTTM – the best training for your body, where we can reap the rewards of this amazing class! Jackie Chan gets us off to a ripper of a start with fun, funky and uplifting beats. The Squats track is a Natural hit for the legs. The slow holding rhythm will create more muscle tension, forcing your legs and glutes to have to work harder. Try it at home – sit on a chair, pause for a few seconds then stand up. You have to activate more muscles to get moving! Massive muscle activation and results to follow. The Walking Bench Pushup is very challenging and functional in the Chest track. It will fire up the core and the upper body before we consolidate the training with a heavy barbell. Great for tone and shape and most satisfying. The Back track introduces the High Pull – use a heavy barbell as there are no barbell Clean & Presses so we can afford more weight on the bar. This loads our upper and lower back for great strength gains. Backward-Stepping Lunges off the bench feels amazing with the beat in The In Between and the Reverse Fly with a twist seals the deal in the Shoulders track for strength and stabilization… Blah Blah Blah. Functional is here for this release – Pushups every which way and a host of integrated exercises. Enjoy this unique release. SIZZLER FEBRUARY 2016.
